Evening!

My right eye (lymier side) has been twiching (in the area right above my cheekbone....not actual eyeball) for 4 days, Suspect it's a herx...went back on Doxy 5 days ago after being off since June (and then Minocycline until August). Was feeling great on Keetek, but then started with some neuro stuff. Cheek has felt odd, ear pain, headache, ect. Concern is....do I really have to be worried about my eye? I've just been assuming that it's a herx and will go away....have never had anything in my eye this long...will call doc tomorrow if it is still going....

The area around my eyes has twitched for months at a time. I didn't know I had Lyme then, and just thought it was caused by stress. It is a common symptom of LD.

It can be really irritating!

That annoying eye twitch was my very first symptom and only symptom at the time. I kept thinking "geesh, wonder what this is?" Guess I foudn out!

I have gotten it back from time to time, but unfortunately, any time I get it back, I know I am in for one HECK of a neuro herx.

I hope this goes away for you soon. I have tried poking myself in the eye, but that doesnt help
