Yu should check in at the Morgellons list over at LYmebusters. The enrollment there has doubled in the last week and discussion is good. Connections are being made. Discussion and knowledge are power. Here is the link if you dont already know it:

pattiecakes,

Some of us are very interested in that subject. Those of us who don't have it are thankful for that, but at the same time have alot of empathy for those who do.

It is great that it is getting some good TV coverage, especially about the abuse the medical profession is heaping on these poor individuals. It is all very familiar, isn't it!

That little gal at the Jacksonville TV station did a great job!

We should ALL send her a little note of thanks and encouragement. I did.

Here is her email:

Thanks for the link, BTW!

Thanks for posting this; I used the email shown & sent her my comments too asking her to do a lyme disease article involving:

congenital lyme for kid's born to Moms w/lyme; long-term & short-term abx by Dr. Barrascano & Steere, and blood transfusions.

Will be interesting to see if she followings up. Recommended she go to LDA and also publish info on their latest 2 books for kids & adults.

Betty G.

PS - I also sent part 1 to our Iowa governor's health policy advisor and Iowa Health Dept. epidiologist to make sure they were aware of this disease since we have a Iowa Mom/son on this board with it.

I feel for the people on this board. I have skin afflictions that are lyme related but do not know if it is morgellons as I do not have the fibers and some of the other horrifying things that these people are going through. It may be that we should all pay attention to what is going on as it could be some other opportunistic creature that hits lyme sufferers hard.
