If you have been on drugs and abx or just live in today's world, be sure to try Efficient Microbes. It is a mixed probiotic culture of beneficial microorganisms which helps to repopulate the good bacteria in you, as well as in everything around you. We use it daily - I use it for our family dog - and you should see my ficus tree in the dining room that has come to life like never seen before.

And it cost's little and is so easy to take.
(If you get a little gassy the first couple of days, you know that the bad guys are leaving. So be patient.)

It's great stuff. We take 1 Tbsp. in water three times a day, first one in the AM before anything else. If you know you have a yeast problem, start with less several times a day.

Hope this helps some of you.

I have been making and drinking EM for a while. It's a little daunting, because the materials you find about it talk about it as something for your, uh, compost pile. But let's think about this for a moment, what are we talking about? Our own personal composting system! I make it in a 1qt. glass bottle; it's easy to make too much. It's really great stuff. Cheap, too! Our (very expensive) naturopath type guy says beats all the other probiotics stuff hands-down.

Once again, Gigi is ahead of the curve!

I would like to try this product. I believe Gigi has a great amount of knowledge and gives good advice.

When I looked up this product and saw what was in it I was a little concerned.

Ingredients: Purified and Structured Water, Organic Sugar Cane Molasses, Lactic Acid Cultures, Organic Mineral Powder, Sea Salt, Organic Rice Bran

I am not sure the sugar cane molasses is good for me....I have been told to avoid all sugar......

If anyone knows if this is not sugar as I am thinking of sugar please let me know.....

Gigi if you read this, please give me more info

Thanks,
robi

Robi, Efficient Microbes (EM) is a fermented product. The original ingredients have been altered by fermentation and any sugar is no longer considered sugar that would feed bad bacteria. The fermented product is exactly the opposite - it consists of important efficient microbes that will wipe out the bad ones day after day when you take the EM. Candida, etc. will not survive - the good organisms will take over. Practically every patient in my doctor's office takes it, including the doctor himself.

Good health!

No matter what, whenever you take something new, start out slow. We started to take one teaspoon in approx. 6 oz of water, first thing in the morning. Wait a half hour, and then do your thing. Do the l teaspoon three times a day. Take your probiotics a bit aferward or whenever it fits with your schedule. I always like to at least separate some of the remedies somehow and swallow not all at the same time, so that it doesn't become such a puzzle to the body "what am I supposed to do with that now?????"

You might have a little die-off of the undesirable microbes the first few days and get a little gassy. Normal. If it feels good, increase to one tablespoon three times a day. I have heard people drinking a half a cup! and they stay alive..

If you go to an ART person, have him/her test you on it. That's the benefit of ART and you always know what works for you and what works against. EM I am sure is a positive for most people.

Take care.

Good find...you got my attention!

Wonder how it would work on fungi? Thinking: competing for same nutrients to knock out the bad guys. There is a bad Palm tree disease happening.

BTW...my plants LOVE H2O2. Amazing.

Hi there all,

We take this stuff every day even though we are no longer sick.

We take it because it is difficult to avoid bad microorganisms living in today's world.

EM replenishes the good organisms/bacteria in the gut and eliminates the ones we don't need and have too much of.

It is the best probiotic in the world. I use it for everything. During my 73 years of life I have done a lot of walking and one of the deficiencies that I used to have also was instrumental in getting calluses on the soles of the feet.

I put some of the EM about 1:2 dilluted with water on a bit of cotton pads, very lightly, not dripping wet.

I wrapped this fabulous Press & Seal around it and it stayed on all night. In the morning, all of the hard skin could be rubbed off with a towel! And it feels heavenly.

Yes, if you keep putting it on a bandaid and put that on your fungi toenail, it will get to it. It may take 2-3 months, but keep doing it and it will work.

Just a footbath for those that are still hurting and find it relaxing, will do a little detoxing. As you all know, a lot of the toxins end up in the feet, the soles of the feet, etc. My doctor always finds heavy metals there when testing it with ART-direct resonance testing. If your feet have a tendency to get this funny red coloring, more purple than red, you can be certain that it is toxin, mostly metals that have moved there ((gravity).

I know that every patient is on this liquid, because everybody that is toxic has an overload of fungal/candida, etc., because the body grows more than is pleasant for us in order to protect itself.

All healing literally starts in the gut; hormones are made in the gut! I would encourage everyone to take it and thereby not only help yourself, but also your surrounding.

I am going to vaccinate my little vegetable patch with EM soon and am curious to see what will happen to my next planting!
My ficus tree that was sort of tired and shedding leaves, is about to go through the skylight with lots of new green leaves.

Am sure there are a hundred ways to use it.
Be sure that the one you use internally, you stick with the one that's original when you buy it. It's similar to making yoghurt, once in a while you have to get a new starter batch. I would stick with the full strength for fighting candida.

I did not use any other yeast killer when I started to use this. But that's up to the individual. Use your first drink of it on an empty stomach in the morning - this way it goes directly where it needs to be without working through food stuff.

Take care.

I'm not sure I understand what you said, GIGI. "stick with the one that's original when you buy it??"

Full strength???

I have the one liter bottle. I've been putting one tsp in a glass of water twice a day.

I have been taking 1 tablespoon three to four times a day in 16 ounces of water (per dose) straight from the one liter bottle that they sent to me.

It may not be the correct dosage, but I am digesting my food! For the first time in a year or more so that is a big deal!

Thanks, GiGi!

Maggie

One more observation:

Gigi answered Robi's question about the molasses in an above post in this thread. Daystar just posted in another thread that molasses also help hypothyroidism that many of us are addressing. So, this can be a plus in that department as well.

"The hypothyroid patient also needs to pay particular attention to diet. Molasses, egg yolks, parsley, apricots, dates, prunes, fish, chicken and raw milk and cheeses can supply nutrients necessary for proper thyroid function(3)."

See Daystar's article at

Lymetoo, as a starter, I think you might want to take more than one teaspoon 3 times a day, if it "sits well" with you. We also take at least 1T or more 3x a day.

I was referring to stick to the original liter bottle because as you can tell by reading the website, there is a kit you can buy that you can use to cultivate many, many gallons out of the first liter you bought. But somewhere along you will lose some of the potency/microorganisms if you do that. These large amounts are interesting for people with animals or farms, etc.

All Lymies I think have an urgent need to get the microorganisms reestablished, because most of them have been wiped out by medications and environmental exposures.

Gradually as we live on this earth, the bad and undesirable microorganisms are taking over and the good ones fade away.

First it was the Pestilence. The Pestilence plague disappeared when people started to clean their homes and the rats stayed away;

Syphilis followed soon thereafter and only ended when people changed their habits.

Then came TB that was at home in damp and dark houses. That ended when people started to spend more time out in nature and in daylight, and nutrition and hygiene habits changed.

Then came the huge environmental damage in the 60's and 70's from the use of pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, formaldehyde and more -- substances that were never tested for potential damage to the food chain, agriculture or the last link in the food chain --- us.

The rain worms and great numbers of healthy microorganisms disappeared from the earth. We kept substituting with different, changed microorganisms that did not contribute to our health at all. Fields are fertilized with chemicals; oxygen content has been drastically reduced. We were forced to adapt to these new conditions.

The microorganisms of the earth also were forced to adapt. But they do a lot better than we are able to and are way ahead of us with their survival techniques.

The lyme bacteria and co-infections fit right into this picture. Ever wondered why they go hiding in our tissue??????

We are the ones that are struggling and will struggle until we work on a solution to this. One clue - antibiotics is not the solution, because we are literally killing all the beneficial organisms.

Candida in the brain - that's where many of us have them. Once they are systemic, and after mercury has destroyed the blood-brain barrier, all the roads are open - straight for the brain. Brainfog??? It's not a pleasant thought because it's hell to get them out.

Sorry, my soapbox. But in general, I think we have to learn to take a serious look around us and what we are doing to ourselves and our planet.

Anyway, that was supposed to be the explanation why to stick with the potency of the original bottle of EM if you really are sick.

Take care, and enjoy the results of EM - they are definitely coming, but for many not overnight. I am really happy that Maggie is having such good results right out of the gate!

Take care.
