At the onset of my son's illness when we were still running from duck to duck, he was hospitalized for a week. They did a myriad of tests and his EPV was active, and ANA was high, along with a positive monospot, and high IgG.
They thought it was viral, but we know better now. It was lyme, and it completely threw these ducks off-track.

Thank You, I guess that gives me a little more hope knowing that someone else had these virus along with the lyme.
It's just that I have known about them for a long time but not the lyme.
This feeling of weakness and flue like achy is so different because it is not like I am weaker in strength but like you would feel if you didn't eat for a week but about 10 times worse. The achy is not a pain ach so I never know if I am describing it correctly.

I have active Lyme. Had CMV and EBV in the past.
There really is no way to tell which of these is making you feel so rotten, (probably all) except to begin treating the Lyme with abx first. After you treat the Lyme you will start to feel better. Then your immune system will hopefully be able to better handle the EBV (which about 90% of the adult population has) and other viruses.
Lyme definitely will cause weakness - mine is a million times worse than when I had mono.
