Just a quick question about this. I saw some posts about people saying how quick this is supposed to have a die off effect.

How quick should I notice a die off effect from this?

I mean, when I get in a hot shower, it's pretty instant the die off effect.

But with Salt and C, is it that quick, or does it happen slowly over weeks or months?

Thanks.
