at any time while on antibiotics? Has anyone ever noticed an increase in symptoms withing just a few hours of taking a medication? I get that from time to time with mine. Im only on flagyl and diflucan right now but I notice that when I take a dose of either one of them, I get a flare of symptoms that same day. It generally dies down again within a day or two.

LOL thanks, Im almost normal!! I just thought it was weird. Take the med and then a few hours later skin starts burning, muscle aches, etc. The days I don't take them (he has me a very light schedule), things calm down a bit and then it starts again when I do take them.

Make sure your diet is "clean"....no sugar, low carb....looks like you might have a yeast problem.

but I had the same reaction on the flagyl and the zithromax too. The flagyl really sends me into a big burning flare!

for whatever reason my nerve system is completely inflamed. I HAVE to believe its a herx reaction. Im taking 1000mg of flagyl once a week. When I take it, look out!! I burn big time! The diflucan seems to cause herxing reactions too. Im watching my diet closely. I don't think its yeast related but a herx. Anyone else??
