I was just reading the ingredients on the back of my B-12 bottle that I use for my B-12 injections (Cyanocobalamin).
Aside from a few other kinda yukky ingredients, it also says "contains less than 625 mcg/L of aluminum". Yipes!
This ingredient is one of the reasons why I will never get another vaccination. I find it disturbing enough to stop doing the B-12 shots, since, well, aluminum is pretty high up there on the list of things that are really toxic for humans.
Does this seem at all weird to anyone else? Other people injecting, does your B-12 have aluminum in it?
I read the back of the bottle only because I just injected myself and this is the second time that immediately after I have gotten extremely nauseous. Don't know if there's a connection.
Thanks for any and all input,
Alison

Maybe call Wellness Pharmacy or College Pharmacy or one of the compounding places that generally seem to know more about these things and ask them if there is a B12 that does not contain aluminum.

I still can get a straight answer from my PCP about whether flu shots still contain Thimerosol (Mercury)
