just wondering which you would go with,,,on the Cat's and samento and the other one you suggest...
knowing my finances aren't as good as they once were.. do you think that cat's claw (TOA of course) would do for now? I would really like to give the link you gave a shot but right now I'm not sure I can afford to .. nor can I afford not to.. but hey life is rotten when you have a side of Lyme to go with it!

I will grind up the oatmeal since I just bought a bunch the other day and money is real tight right now.. Im sure it cant hurt anything... I can afford the oatmeal and it was suggested to eat more of it since my cholestral was very high...could eating it help too??? just curious!
Thank you in advance!
Linda

Livinlyme:
The one I decided to use was the Saventaro. The capsules were easier for me than having to mix the liquid Samento with water.

You should also look into garlic. The only problem is that some kinds cause alot of garlic breath and body odor. But it does work against bacteria.

I used the Kyolic aged garlic for awhile.

Compare the price of Cat's Claw on this website. This is where I've been getting it...
