Yes, I am on sublingual B12 and it helped tremendously & quickly. My B12 was low and my homocysteine was high -- I took 1/2 pill daily (1250 mcg). In one month my B12 levels were above normal, my homocysteine was half its prior level, and I had a noticible increase in my energy. I now take a 1/2 pill 2-4 times a week. My doc used the Douglas Laboratories kind. No need for shots here! This sublingual worked like a charm for me!

i tried sublingual B12 but it never really seemed to do much. The sublingual methycobalamin is good though. The best B12 seems to be the daily injections of Methyl-B-12. :-)

I've been doing B-12 for over 2 yrs. I was doing sublingual 500 mcg. A couple months ago I seen a thread on this site about B-12 and connection with lacking half moons on fingernails. I had half moons only on my thumbs. Thumbs are the last to go.
I did some research and found that a B-12 deficient person should have between 1000-1200 daily. Increased to 1000 daily and now I have little half moons reappearing on rest of my fingers. Pinkie fingers are excluded from half moons.
Since then there has been improvement in fatigue also.
Take care, Pam

The one I take is "No Shot" (great name!) and they are 1000mcg. Not very expensive, either!
You can take up to 2 a day.Really helps with stamina, etc.
You should be sure to take other B vitamins with it. A daily vitamin pill probably has enough of the other b's.
