I was. Stopped about 3 weeks ago, ran out. My immune system is getting back to normal. I am eating all the right foods to boost my immunity. I lost about 25 lbs. though in the last 6 months.

I take them for repair, cellular energy, ATP production, etc. They may have benefits for the immune system as well, but the primary reason I am using them is to help repair all the damage from the Lyme and help provide the cells with the building blocks for repair.

I was taking them and stopped when I found out they are all carbs. Sugars to be exact... anyone know if they are beneficial to take with Lyme?
I am on IV now and really trying to be careful with refined sugars and fats (for the gallbladder)... I still have more than half my container left.
Was waiting till I was off the IV and feeling much better before I took them again.
For vitamins and immune booster I am taking a product called Reliv which is soy based. I also take Innergize for energy booster. Anyone else tried this? I am only a month into it.

I did this more awhile, even tho not oriented toward alt things. Did it because a doctor I respected thought it had real possibilities (in general, not for lyme specifically). Also, there was an article in Scientific American (I think it was?) which sounded like there was some actual science behind it.
But, sorry to say, it was expensive and I didn't see any benefit from it. Maybe I didn't do it long enuf, but there's just too many things out there being touted as beneficial; lots of bucks into other peoples' pockets, leaving mine. Don't really have the cash or inclination to try everything.
Let us know if you get any benefit from this.
