I've had bladder problems and pain for years. Anti-yeast treatment is one of the things that helps a great deal for me so if yours is worse on abx then you may want to consider that yeast is a problem or that ani-yeast treatment may help even if you don't have a rageing infection.
The other thing that makes a difference for me is avoiding wheat.
If you can't go, you should be checked by a doctor for an infection or some other problem. If it were me, I wouldn't wait very long to have that checked.

terryK- wheat affects me too.......i think it is what caused this latest burning...i ate the wheat last wed.
Im trying to do the low carb...adding in some good grains....and eating mostly meat and veggies, except for breakfast.
I agree if you cant go you need to seek a dr. Ive had problems with hesitancy, i believe were pelvic muscle related....its not fun.
