I'm happy to report I'm doing well but stil have some lingering symptoms.
My main problem seems to be getting motivated to do things without being distracted and trying to complete tasks. Brain fog isn't an issue I just can't stay on track.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I have this problem too.
I try and pick one small thing at a time to do. If I try and multitask-forget it.
Don't know what else to say. Alot of people with lyme have a ADD too. It can be a real challenge,

The only way I can multi-task now is to sit and make a list, then do one thing at a time, and cross things off as I finish. This helps me remember when I get distracted, and gives me a sense of accomplishment when I can cross things off.
The gorcery store is the hellhole of my life. Can't escape the from the music, crowds, carts bumping other carts, screaming kids, rows of things to look at, etc. So, I help myself by always having a typed list, which I keep on the computer and adjust for what I need that week. The list runs in order of where things are in our store. That way I can start at one end and go directly to the other without having to backtrack, and then get the hell out before I have a nervous breakdown. I also take 1/2 tab of Xanax and .01 mgs. of Clonidine an hour before I go.
