You can also get decafinated green tea drop concentrate. One dropper is = to like 14 cups of tea.
Be careful for those with a sensitive tummie like me.Too much green tea can aggravate my stomach.

There's a lot of helpful ingredients in green tea. The only one I know much about is theanine, a natural relaxant that makes you calm without making you sleepy. You can buy theanine separately as a supplement. I use Jarrow, but there's plenty of brands out there.
