Started my regiment on the 20th which comprises of 300Mg of Mino and about a week ago i added zythro twice a day. I have not seen much in way of a herx but i have felt the twitches come out much more then before (especially ones in my head behind and around my ears).

I am having more of clonus jerks which i had before but now seem all more common. I am so much more tired then i was before. I think i walked around this mall for about 15 minutes and now i feel like i have ran a 5 miles. Anyway looking for some more energy.

My Co- infection testing has been sent it and i got the works done, babs, bart, myco, and some other stuff i have never heard of. Hopefully some results come back from that that we can act on.

My worst symptom is: Swallowing Issue

Luke, im glad you are getting all tests run.

My swallowing issue has resurfaced the past 2 days too...cant eat food without drinking water with it...pills getting stuck in my throat. ugh.

My worst symptom today is feeling lightheaded and woozy and hungry even though i just ate.

That was a herx symptom for me. Stick with it until the co-infection test results come back.

Worst symptoms today - fatigue.

do you think the increased twitches could be a herx?

I know I have had increased twitching and increased fatigue with herxes - of course doesn't mean that it is the same thing for you.

Best wishes

Not sure, tongue seemed to get more fatigued as well with treatment. Doc wants me on 400Mg of Mino but i took that one day and it really F'ed me up.

I dont get it one day my tongue will be fatigued, the next day it will be ok. Ativan seems to help for some reason, does anyone know what properties Ativan has to help with swallowing problems along with tongue and jaw fatigue?

My worst symptom is pain - especially in my ribs. Second worst site for pain is hips joints - which radiates all down my legs espcially in the evenings and wee hours of the night. Right up there is nueropathic pain in right thigh.

Of course all this disrupts sleep so fatigue is a major problem.

Luke and Cantgiveup~ Can you explain your swallowing issue a bit more??? I have a friend with that issue. She is thinking she has progesterone dermatitis (which she very well likely has)...but I'm sure she'd like to know about your swallowing issues too...for she may also have lyme.

Thanks....Timaca

Dead even race for me. Severe arthritiis it is of the 'Oa' look alike variety. And in a dead heat tie with that IS the fatigue, mostly from not being able to sleep(like right NOW) and the 'heavy work' every other waking sun shining day for at least all the daylight hours, continuing for at least two Mouths, the tapers a bit, than Kattie bar the door, petal to the metal, fast as you can run for 2-3 MORE months till hibernation time after the big freeze up Sleep, it is thought one can store up sleep in short winter days, like camels store water in there humps for desert walking/traveling

Chest pain is the worst right now (went to ER twice in last 2 months.) This is a new symptom for me.

Ear pain, fatigue, insomnia are right up there, too.

When i swallow it feels like a struggle or that ther eis nothing on the left side of my neck swallowing. I had a barium swallow study and nothing came back, they said it was normal. My neck on the left side has gotten smaller so who knows whats really going on there.

Fatigue, keeping up with my kids, and wanting to run away from home and sleep all day.

Pain right leg and knee. Burning pain in both shoulders. Pain everywhere.

Feeling like my head is in the clouds, and having tingling sensation on scalp. Having The Moon (time of month) from hell. Need I go on.

Well, my most annoying symptom is muscle fasiculations. They are widespread and non stop 24/7 and have been this way for over 4 years.

Luckily, I'm not dealing with much pain right now but my worst symptom ever were the cluster headaches. I'm so thankful I haven't had another cycle since starting abx!
