Do a search under my mumber #743. I'm away from my home computer and my saved links on yeast...or go back through pages 2, 3, 4, etc until you find threads on yeast. There are tons of them!
hopeful and dana have some great things listed for you!

I use three products that together do the trick: Primal defense probiotic (Must be POWDER form) x3/day small amount just to make my mouth dark. One jar lasts me for about 10 weeks so the cost is resonable.
Candida Stop (available in Canada; contains pau D arco, caprilic acid and other stuff) a capsule with each meal, but mostly one per day is enough.
I keep at home oregano oil that I use whenever there is risk of Candida or some signs of Candida. This is a fast and strong medication against the fungus. You may experience relieve within 30 min. A few drops in a glass of water 2-4 times daily when needed. It has to be taken as soon as a suspicios symptom appears. Better know symptoms of Candida well.
I don't care much about a diet and eat normally; yes, also some sweets from time to time. With the above described treatment I can afford that. In the past I was on a strict diet and developed Candida. I have figured that diet is not that important in my case.
Typically I am on 2-3 abx.
I observe my tongue and if it is getting whitish I intensify my treatment for a few days. My tongue is a perfect indicator that has never failed me.
