Hey everyone, I was planning on purchasing some Vitamin C supplements and I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on what I should avoid, and what I should buy?
From what I read on these forums more people are taking the powdered form of Vitamin C.
Are the 100 percent natural Vitamin C supplements better than synthetic? Or is that just a marketing ploy...
THanks so much.
