The DVD of the Sunday portion of the ILADS event is orderable on the ILADS web site. It has Dr. B and Dr. H doing good summary presentations. I recommend getting the DVD.
However, there was really nothing significant that was discussed in terms of treatment that has not been discussed in the past in my opinion.
