It's difficult to say what you should be taking. Like medications, the supplements need to be personally tailored.

There are a few LLMD's who say not vitamins/minerals. But many recommend them. Check out Dr. B's guidelines for his list.

I work with a doctor, in addition to my LLMD, who is an MD with a lot of experiences in vitamins and supplements. He is working to reboost my system and correct my autonomic nervous system disfunction through supplements.

I'll list what I'm taking. A * means I tested deficient in that. I included an explanation for non-basic supps that I'm not deficient in.

Vitamin C
Magnesium
Calcium
B-12 with Folic Acid
Multi-Vitamin
*Zinc
*Iron
*Essential Amino Acids
*Glutathione
*Taurine
*DHEA
*Iodine
Licorice Root (for adrenal fatigue)
L-Glutamine and Pyridoxal Alphaketoglutarate (for digestive issues)
Bromelain (for inflammation)
Nattokinase (fibrin thinner)
Theralac
Acidopholous Pearls
Cumanda (for yeast control)
