Camber,

When i started on abx the first few weeks i felt like you. I was out of my body but still able to walk around. It drove me mental! and on top all the symptom rage.

I don't like to call everthing a herx because i myself dont know how that feels like.

However, when your body finally retains some antibodies against the bacteria i am guessing it goes crazy and you feel all sick. so i guess thats a herx.

yes i did feel like that. that only lasted about 2-3 weeks.

--------------------
May God Bless you, answer your prayers, relieve you of your pain and make you stronger than what you are today. Ameen.

You are not alone. That happens to me and is a herx; lyme is a neurological infection for many of us.

When you kill the bacteria in your brain, it can make us feel spaced out or very sleepy.

You wrote that it is especially the first few weeks or days. That is because herxing usually does not happen longer than this, unless you are increasing dosage or taking a new antibiotic.

You are not alone Camber. I get this way all the time on antibiotics. As sonee123 said, it's like you are out of your body but still able to walk around. Real spacey and completely out of it.

You are not alone, this will get better.
