I have a friend and her mother have Lyme disase i think in the last stadium ...she have very seriouse neurological problems and many many more ..but that is only a part of the problem ..today my friend was tell me she was make also the lyme disase test and she get positive ...her mother was pregnant whit her when she contact lyme ..and the unborn baby contact the disese via placenta ... I must said my friend is from Romania and there information ,doctors ...or other things about Lyme are not existing ..no doctor can even said you have Lyme ...the mother of my friend was have 5-6 diagnossis( others then lyme ) til they was go in Hungary and there finaly they discover she have Lyme ... Please can you help me to find some information ..about how the unborn kid can be expose on lyme ...and many many more about lyme ..or if someone know how i can get in touch whit lyme foundation to can help me to bring more information and a bitte hope to the romanian lyme pacients ,or to teach us to how we can help them ... and maybe this will incourage romanian doctors to treat and study Lyme .... .Thank you very much for you time!

bettyg thank you very much ...i will passed also to all romanian how have Lyme ...T The problem is my friend is not a baby anymore i am sorry if that was understand for my post but i was not know how to explain ..i don;t have any knowledge about Lyme ..now i try to get some My friend said she is "Lyme seronegative " i hope i was translate corectly . I don't know but i am thinking was passing more then 30 years and she is ok ( only the test was show she have Lyme ) ...i was read more articles about congenital Lyme and in all of them the fetus and then the baby ..have problems from birth like Lyme artritis , meningitis etc etc .. but she don't ... is true her mother get Lyme when she was pregnant but later the signs was appear ... That can be a good sign? Are also many congenitaly disesses who can be in our body but is not meen we make the illnes ..we are just carrying the virus ... I am sorry if i am talking foolish but i still hope is just a mistake or is something she can pass very easy ...she take care of her mother and that news was coming very very bad
