Go see your eye doctor ASAP. I could be nothing, it may be a problem.
Go Tomorrow.

I would seek the advice of my LLMD.
He may want you to see a lyme literate neurologist.
He may want to put you on IV or a different regimen of drugs that cross the blood-brain barrier better.
I would not do any experimenting when it comes to my eyesight. Often eye docs can find nothing wrong despite serious problems experienced by the lyme patient. If it persists I would be concerned and make an appt with my LLMD to try and figure it out.

I had this happen while being treated for bart with cipro although the blindness was gone by the next day. LLMD took me off the cipro. Had it happen again after getting off the med too though, so in my case, not sure it's due to the med, but hopefully you have already been in touch with your doctor on this.
Please give us an update. Lyme and co's can cause so many crazy things to go wrong and our eyes are too valuable to ignore.

I have really blurry vision. But one time I woke up and everything was really foggy. It scared the hell out of me.
I don't know if it was both eyes or one. When these things happen it's hard to tell.
Mine occurred with seizure/blackout problems also while I was on the drug Flagyl.
My LLNP took me off Flagyl and my foggy vision cleared up immediately.
I'm back on Flagyl but experimentally and on a lower dose.
I'd call my LLMD right away.
