Hi ....does retesting titres really work?? I thought it was hard to get a postive most of the time for any of these TBI's. I got positive Elisa for Bart a year ago as follows
Bart Henselae IGG 256 Bart quintana IGG 128
No IGM response. I treated with Cipro but no real response.
what do you think ??anyone?? Should I retest? What would you think of bloodwork like that? Do different strains need different treatment options?? Thanks

My LLMD treats based on symptoms rather than tests. I tested negative for bart, but have a clear response to bart abx. I would treat based on symptoms.
