Had hair sample done - Go see naturalist at 6:30 EST..She said I have well many things going on and will have a schedule all laid out for me when I get there

Basically she said my body right now is like a car on ice

She'll plan supplments, nutrition, grocery list.

Anyone taken this route...from adrenals to liver I'm a mess. Mentioned low Magnisium, calcium...

So much told her I've been down so long it looks like up to me...Mentioned mecury she said hides in tissue but I have overload of that also as an overload does present itself well because of overload...Infrared Sauna 7 dayas a week..

Far infrared saunas are supposed to be good for detoxing. Sounds like she has a plan and if you have trust in her, why not give it a shot?

I have am on the good food, supplement, detox path and doing well. Lots of epsom salt baths too.

Are you seeing a doctor as well?

edited to add - I don't know a lot about hair samples and how accurate they are. Someone else will chime in.

Yes I am seeing a LLMD but stopped ABs for awhile severe stomach issues. I know what your thinking but want to see if there is any difference..Figure for about a week. Just went to give bloods yesterday for Igenex again along with CD57. So figured after that give it a woooo for a week or so.

She does have a plan hair analysis didn't work like I thought and is based not just on what body is low of but on certain ratio's that point to in my case, overworked adrenals she said this usually means more energy at night and as is happening sluggish during the day because they are not functioning properly..

Also said immune system out of whack also with tendency for inflammation...

There is a yes and a no as far as hair analysis Doc S in his books says not to reliable uses bloods, urine and maybe skin biopsy more accurate but aside from him maybe someone can tell me what other ILADS Doc does this type of analysis as Doc S? ?

Her program isn't that far from what is perscribed as supplements and are as follows because of my system/analysis

limcomin (suppose to enhance immune system), enzaid (digestion) paramin, taurine and OMEGA 3 also wheatgrass with chlorophyll in it and WHEY..

This is where hair was done I believe.

http://www.arltma.com/index.html

If you go to the supplement -product catalog look uo the first 4 I mentioned are what makes these up part of lyme's suggested supplements???

Any comments will be appreciated.
I know there are a couple of people well versed in hair out there so speak up...after review of web...I'm opened. JUST GOTTA BE SOME KINDA WAY OUT OF HERE......

Thanks
