I haven't posted in a while as we have just moved from the Midwest to the FL Panhandle.

We now live in an apartment, and I was wondering if my rifing with my EMEM will penetrate other people's apartments and upset their electronics (TV, radio), etc.

I noticed every now and then when we were living in KC and I used the rife that hubby's football game got a bit snowy...I think that's why I heard about it from him. When football season is here, nothing can tear him away, except if the TV got snowy! The rife also was in a different room, so I was surprised.

So now I wonder if other folks have experienced electronic interruptions while rifing.

Yes, it will penetrate just about anything except for a grounded metal wall.

It will lose about 1/2 of it's power for every foot away from the machine, so several feet away the effect will be slight.

I think I was told to keep it about 6 ft away from TV's and computers.

I really haven't had any trouble with mine .. even though it's closer than that!

So how do you like it in FL, Ms Lifeline?? [Cool]

I unplug my TV when not in use. That way, no problems and no leakage during its "off" cycle that is not always that "off"

And, as I live in an apt. when I use my rife, I will use it in the center of a room as all my walls have someone's electronics going on at sometime or other.

I did not know rifing loses its power for every foot away. I may need to sit closer to mine from here on. Since aluminum is metal, would it help to control where frequencies go if you surround the rife 3 sides (except the bulb part)with heavy aluminum foil?

Oh, TuTu, moving has been the hardest thing I've ever done. There was so much stress (I think I'm a Type A) and some of my Lyme symptoms came back. So, I'm rifing back on schedule hoping to rid these bugs once again. Knowing there is no cure, I try to keep stress at bay, but this move...Wow.

Of course, now we're having to deal with the newness of hurricanes... Gustav and Hannah, so we're keeping a close watch. So, I'm back with the stress! But, all in all, FL is nice.

Keebler, I hadn't thought of putting the rife in the middle of the floor, but that's good advice, so next time, I will do that. Right now, it's in a corner...right next to a wall, and there are people on the other side of the wall! Yes, the middle makes sense. Thanks.

I appreciate all the input.

Certainly yes. More with the light bulb machines than direc contact machines. Mine will go through two rooms and stop my wireless mouse from working and making the sound in the TV buzz everytime the bulb cycles. I even worried that I might cause the neighbors to herx! [Smile]

What kind of Rife do you have that can go thru 2 rooms? I don't think mine could do that. I have a D. Tracy.

How does that effect your neighbors if you live in an apartment? I do worry about frequencies going through the walls into the next apartment, but not sure if that is happening. Maybe, mine isn't strong enough to do that.

Has it been a problem with neighbors...they are probably all taking Advil from the herxing!
