ok, sorry, never did understand affect vs. effect, but you get the idea....brain dead today...

i had a orange crush today... WRONG IDEA!!!!! i just grabbed it without out thinking...

whoaaa, within an hour i had such shortness of breath, i couldn't breathe...my head was pounding and i felt my heartrate in my back between my shoulder blades, a huge pounding sensation....

how does caffeine affect you? bad for lyme, right? plus the orange crush had high sugar, whoa....shouldn't have done that....

Makes my tachcardia worse, causes heart burn, and keeps me awake at night.

I can get away with the occasional glass of tea.

Hope you feel better soon!!!!! [Smile]

it would be soooo nice if they did actually find a cure wouldn't it?!

If I have a drink with caffeine in it, it's usually maybe one soda a week, or one cup of coffee a week.

The January before last I ended up in the ER with "extra" heartbeats. They would last for about a 15-30 minutes at a time and would usually get them once or twice an hour.

Found out that drinking a whole pot of coffee in the morning, coca cola all day, then a few beers at night is definitely not good for me [Big Grin]

I cut out all caffeine that day and my irregular heartbeats stopped. But it was tough! Quitting smoking was nothing compared to quitting caffeine for me!

Coffee just makes me urinate alot. I avoid it for that reason.

I don't have any heart issues though.
