Could anyone recommend a good place to order coffee enema, the whole kit since I've never done them before.

Thanks!
Linda

I have ordered from s.a.Wilsons. They have a special "Therapy Blend" organic coffee that is intended just for this purpose.

Don't be suprised when this doesn't smell like coffee though. I guess it's not roasted or something so it smells very different.
Anyway this what they say to use.

They also have the enema supplies, but I just use the disposable Fleet enemas from the pharmacy (dump out the saline and fill with the coffee).

I have definitely felt better after doing these!
Good Luck!

Starbucks?

But seriously, I've just used standard pharmacy equipment.

The results were zilch for me, except I'd get a caffeine buzz. Not recommended at bedtime.
