Initially, if your yeast has gone wild,
You will feel worse on diflucan.
The die off of yeast will cause a herx reaction.
Also diflucan hits Lyme.
I've been on the diflucan protocol for Lyme for over a year now.
I take 200mg sixty days in a row.
Take two weeks off then repeat.
I do not take my probiotics with diflucan.
I take them at least two hours after.
Generally, right before I go to bed.
Hugs,
Geneal

You can definitely take both probiotics and Diflucan in the same day. I wouldn't do both at the same time, though.
When the Diflucan kills off the yeast, you'll want to replenish your gut with good bacteria, so definitely take a probiotic!
