Fatigue (along with all my other symptoms) pretty much has me spending most my time on the couch staring at the tv (sometimes blankly)
I am hoping at least some of it is herx and will lift.
Not only am i physically tired but my coordination isnt that great (even as a seperate symptom from tremors)
Then my brain spends most the time with the dial on "duh" so reading books or watching info type of shows (like documentarys) are kinda out right now.
getting myself in the shower takes alot of effort.. and if i lived alone i guess i would starve to death because i can't really cook now (and have a specific diet that requires cooking for eating).
ummm.....what was my point... oh ye...what my whining winding stumbly fumbly post was trying to ask was
is there anything that can make the fatigue a little less crushing?

Can you get a grocery to deliver healthy deli foods?
For me, meat really helps. Fish or chicken, usually - but sometimes beef will give me good energy.
Biogenesis BioCleanse is a good rice protein powder with vitamins and liver/detox support nutrients such as NAC, etc. That gives me a lot of help. Not cheap, but with all the combined nutrients considered, it is an understandable price.
B-vitamins (but not too late in the day except for B-6 or P5P, precursor to B-6)
Carrot juice - with other veggies added, too. Ginger helps as well.
green powders: Green Vibrance by Vibrant Health is my favorite.
Nutritional Yeast (also called Brewer's yeast - it's a yellow powder)
Ashwagandha
Cordyceps
Gotu kola (not a cola at all)
Fish oil
All these are supportive to the adrenal/endocrine system and not too stimulating in that "wired" manner as caffeine would be.
Magnesium before bed with B-6 for better sleep. Magnesium helps with detox, too, and to relieve pain that can really zap energy.

Carol,
Kisses to you. Yes, Rhodiola.
My brother and his wife are coming on Sunday. I've been without any support for a while - I spaced out and ordered too late and now - my order is stuck in a snow bank somewhere. (I'm just in an apt. but keeping ahead of power outages is taking a lot of thought.)
But - I forgot that I have Rhodiola. I had tucked it away until I finished a book that I'd been reading about that and forgot with all the "pioneer chores" from being blizzard-bound.
The research on Rhodiola is so fun to read. I may yet be ready to receive visitors thanks to this reminder.

Oh, and since it's been pretty cold over much of the country, some of us may need some good fresh air pushed through the house to refresh our air supply.

Adding to the above:
Vit D3
Magnesium Malate
Vit B-12 injections
And if it's an absolute emergency-must-stay-alert kind of day - I resort to Provigil, rx'd by LLMD.
Also, treating any underlying thyroid and adrenal issues helps.

My favorites:
B12 injections (or B-12 methylcobalamin if injections not available)
B-50 vitamins
green powder (I like Enriching Greens, I order it online)
Redline (bulk syrup from vitacost, in a pinch if I have to get moving!)
Siberian Eleuthero
MSM (cheapest in bulk powder)
Cortef - hudrocortisone replacement
Bee Venom ointment
Full limb movement to drain lymph (weight lifting when up to speed, or just the motions with no weights when unable to exercise)
I wouldn't want to do without any of these. Good luck with your therapy.

Some good ideas here. I'm in a relapse, and now can't go back to work.
