I would want to know what the proposed mechanism is for Color therapy. It sounds suspect to me, and I am pretty open minded. On the other hand I never rule anything out until I have dug deeply into it.
Frequency treatments have a rather straight forward explanation. It just is difficult to accomplish with most bacteria, because of the precision that is needed.

Here is an interesting Color Therapy. Just when I thought it was suspect I find this purely by accident.

There was one real color therapy I experienced - the lumatron machine, developed by Dr John Downing, eye researcher.
It involved him testing our response to flashing color light in a dark box around our head, then choosing a color to flash x times/sec for 20 minutes.
He chose purple light, flashing 6x/second for 20 minutes for me, for one week, daily, then flashing blue light, 6x/sec, for 20 minutes.
We did it to try to get my period back, which had disappeared mysteriously. Hey, everything is mysterious when ya don't know it's Lyme.
Results after the first day of staring at flashing purple light: I walked out of the office afterwards, there was a nearby field,
I could smell everything intensely, whereas I usually never had much of a sense of smell.
One session of flashing purple light restored my sense of smell, for eighteen months, then it dwindled again.
The blue light I found very calming.
Explanation: the light goes through the eye into the brain, where it jumpstarts various brain centers.
Folks respond differently to colors. I kinda knew purple and blue were my colors, as I always like looking at them.
Which is interesting - if you know you like looking at certain colors, they could be what your brain wants.
But I couldn't self-treat. My eyelids would get very tired trying to blink 6x/second for 20 minutes! Besides, you need the bright light of the machine.

I have experimented with one subtle energy shifting method of putting your hands over an diseased area and moving the energy around. I could not do it or feel a thing.
My wife did it on me where my Crohn's was active. She could feel it and it spooked her so much that she refused to do it again.
I do not discount these methods entirely, because they have been around a long time and people are not generally stupid.
But they are subtle forms of treatment, and have limitation of what they can do. And quite often they are temporary. They can help some, but should not be relied upon when a harder hitting treatment is needed. These are true complimentary treatments, that are not to be relied on for a fundamental treatment.
Just my impression of these type of treatments in general.
