Anyone find any of their symptoms improved (escailly fatigue, or pain)

after they started taking Alpha-Lipoic Acid?

If it help, what was your dosage?

I could never tell whether it was doing anything or not.

But at a support group meeting there was a woman who said she took 900mg of ALA a day. It was the ONLY thing that helped her intense burning scalp pain.

Didn't help me at all even at high doses, sorry can't remember how much right now. Honestly, except for a few supplements I think it's a big hype (my 2 cents' worth) and personally I wouldn't bother trying it again ($$$).

I take it 1000mg a day given by my llmd whether it helps or not I don't no but I think it gives me heartburn lol
