Hi. I'm wondering if others have tremors with weakness. I have it, and it drives me crazy.
Also,( and this is always the thing, isn't it)....has anyone had this IMPROVE with treatment?
I get this horrendous malaise and shakiness. The tremors are always with a all over weak feeling, though it's predominantly my right hand (and arm) that shake.

Yes, this is terrible. Before my diagnosis, I'd get so weak and shaky that my legs would collapse.
In the ER once, I was told I had no reflexes which is why it happened, so they admitted me. By the time I got to my room, I WALKED from the wheel chair to the bed.
Made me really start questioning my OWN sanity with things that would come and go like this.
That was it in extreme cases, but also would have minor versions of that same scenerio.
With that said, YES it does get better with treatment. My right side was more of the trembler for me since my left side was too busy going numb on me. Go figure.
Keep the chin up though. It really really does settle down with treatment.

yes, this happens to me. It has improved quite a bit with treatment though, although I have a ways to go. A while back, my hands were so shaky I couldn't type and now I don't have that problem.

What is your magnesium intake? You can go 1,000 mg - or even twice that if you have to. Lyme patients are often very low and magnesium can help lessen tremors. Balance with alcium, too.
And fish oil and your B-vitamins by day and B-6 at night.
I assume you are not consuming ANY artificial sweeteners -even a trace in gum or mints or mouthwash.
And MSG (in all its names which you can find through Google) is out as that is also excitatory to brain cells and toxic as is aspartame/Nutrasweet/Equal.
Are you keeping an even blood sugar level? Be sure not to let you blood sugar get too high or too low. Frequent small meals balanced with protein, good fats and complex carbs are good.
Caffeine, too, should be avoided.
You may already do some or most of this. Be sure to talk to your LLMD about it.
