Welcome to lymenet! Yes, this is the correct way to ask questions.
Borrelia, the causative agent of Lyme disease has been found in breast milk. At this time, it is unknown if it can be transmitted this way. As Sammi said, Borrelia can be passed congenitally.
Babesia and Bartonella can both be transmitted to a fetus during gestation but I don't know about breast milk. It would be something to research if you think you might have one of those co-infections.
If you have a Lyme doctor, it would be a good idea to discuss it with them.

There was a post here recently with pictures of parasites/worms in 5 month olds diaper.
Her mother has Lyme and was breast feeding her.

That was me. My baby has lots of problems with allergies (foods that I eat), eczema, and lots of mucus in her stool. She has had what looks like worms in her diaper too along with other GI issues. Dr. thinks it is bloody mucus. Still not sure.
I have Lyme and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and have for at least 2 1/2 years. She could have contracted it in utero or breast milk. I am still breastfeeding and plan to until she is 12-18 months.
She has not been tested for and TBIs yet but I do plan to have her tested. There is certainly something going on with her as I have two other kids and neither have had these types of issues.
Formula just isn't an option for us because she will not take a bottle (have tried 6 different kinds) and she can't have dairy or soy. Most formula is milk or soy based.
She does seem very happy and healthy otherwise. She is in the 30th percentile for weight but developmentally is right on track.

I nursed my son while I was unknowingly infected with lyme. He is positive for lyme, has symptoms, and poor immune function.
I did not nurse my daughter; she is not sick, though has the 41 band +, and 31 band IND.
She is healthy and her immune function is good.
They were both extremely colicky, don't know if there's a connection there either.
My son was even colicky while being nursed, which they say is unusual, could that have been lyme? I don't know.
I sometimes wonder if the nursing is what made the difference in their respective health issues.
Good luck.
