I'm supposed to be taking Nystatin twice a day..how do y'all space it from your abx? Thanks!

My LLMD instructions say you can take with abx just take a few bites of food between them.

That is what I do and it seems fine.

My daughter takes hers with her abx. I forgot that she was supposed to take some bites between them. She takes 2 pills once a day.

So far, no yeast problems.

You can take them together if you need to.

The Nystatin will only kill fungi- yeast.

I take it 2x per day as well.

I take Nystatin together with my antibiotics also.
