So my regular doc, pretty great for a non LLMD, ran some adrenal tests for me to see if they were being affected by my Lyme. Results:

Cortisol on the low low low normal range, but barely in range

ATCH: VERY high

He thinks it points to adrenal insufficiency and would be the cause of my increased anxiety, stomach issues, and low sodium problems.

He said to run it by my new LLMD when I see him.

Anyone had issues with this?

He is actually sending me to an endo doc to treat it, he just wants me to make sure my LLMD knows about it since my PCP doesn't know too much about Lyme and how the treatment for it would/could affect Lyme treatment, That's all. I haven't even seen my new LLMD yet. He just wants everyone informed, he's not being a jerk about it.

Tincup-thanks for the link, I will check it out-also thanks for the joke, I got a good laugh out of my faince when I just told it to him. [Smile]
