Cleo, can you explain why you need to know this? ACV can be extremely useful to help with one's overall health. It has been used for centuries and those who use it regular, can notice the differences in the occurrences in which they become sick.
Bathe in it? how often do you do this Canefan17?

once a week. mix it with epsom salt and baking soda.

I mix white vinegar and rubbing alcohol and use it on itchy skin areas and it reduces use of lotrimin. I think my grandmother used it for many itch skin conditions so it must be an old remedy. I smell like a garden salad though.

never thought of bathing in it...
.but when I first joined here...I could barely eat,...my stomach always felt full and someone suggested that I drink some acv ....and it really worked and helped with my digestion.

Yes .. ACV Tablets help with Biofilms. I have added it to my regimin since I was hitting a wall with my enzymes and EDTA .
I am taking a break right now from it but I was taking 6 tablets about an hour prior to any abx or rife or treatment that is for killing bugs..

Apple cider vinegar in the tub detoxes aluminum. Metals go into solution in acidic environment. That is why ph factor is such an important piece of the puzzle and forced alkalinizing has to be done carefully. Unless of course you don't think you have any problems with toxic metals! EDTA basically is vinegar.
