Having trouble with yeast on my tongue and throat .
My LLMD takes weeks to call me back. I called him and left a mesage on Monday no responce from him yet.

What works for most of you people here.

And do you stop ABX and treat the yeast or what do you do for it.

Thank you for any help or idea.

Yeast is terrible. I hope the doctor recommends a blood test and a stool sample to see if the yeast is systematic or not. I have systematic yeast from years of antiboitics.

I had to go through 4 months of diflucan to help with it. Diet is important in treating yeast.

Good luck!!

Hi, Maradona.
Yeast is a big issue for most Americans, but few tackle it. It CAN be overcome, but it's also easy to slip back, then start over.

Please see my notes to Jenny76.

Also, Pau d'Arco capsules are very helpful to me.

Hello again, Maradona.
I'm learning how to include live links in these posts!

Beginning a strict Candida-control diet is very difficult, but it can be done! I found two good lists online that may be of help to you & others:

Here's a colorful list of grains that's easy to read & comprehend at a glance. Foods are coded green, yellow (caution) or red (avoid) from csaceliacs.org
Grains & Flours on a Gluten-Free Diet

There are two thorough pages here (black on white) of Candida Diet Foods:

Candida Diet Foods to Eat Freely pg 1 of 2
[lick] and
http://www.perfectlyhealthy.net/docs/FoodsToEatFreely2.pdf
Candida Diet Foods to Eat Freely pg 2

I like lists of "Foods to Eat Freely." Empowering to see what we CAN have. [woohoo]

Best wishes,
Smile
