Does anyone have any tips for helping to heal bruises faster?
I'm supposed to be in a wedding in less than 2mo. My bridesmaid dress is short. I have very fair pink skin. Unfortunately I bruise easily and have some large ugly blue/green spots on both legs.
I've always bruised easily and they take months to heal. The largest one is on my R shin, it is bigger than the palm of my hand.
Any advice on helping them to heal? Or covering them up somehow?
Thanks!

vitamin k cream is wonderful.
i fell out of an rv and had massive bruises. the doctor said "those aren't bruises, they're called hematomas" they were so big.
i used the cream and it kept them soft and they went away in 5-6 weeks. but mine were exceptionally large.
you can get it anywhere.

I bet that LED light therapy would help.
The LED's transmit energy to the mitochondria in the cells, providing what they need to work correctly. From what I've read, injuries heal five times as fast.
Physical therapy departments would have this. There are many types for sale, and many vendors.
For example, the SOTA LightWorks is sold by vendors on eBay.

Thank you all! It's great that I have a couple treatment options to consider.
thejoje, have you personally used the sycircue lotion before? I am interested in hearing more about this because I also have circulation problems in my extremities (my feet are the worst, they usually look blue/gray colored). Do you think that this might help?

sammy, My SIL's LLMD gave this to her for veins in legs and purple-ish skin color on feet. It helped somewhat on the smaller areas, but not for the huge varicose vein areas.
(She applied it to the dark area underneath eyes just for the heck of it, but it did not seem to be helpful there!)
