I was wondering what all these tiny pinpoint red dots are that are popping up all over my stomach, inner arms (very bright red). I probably have 100s as well. Is it really babs or something else? I haven't been tested for babs yet. Guess I will show the Dr. tomorrow.

Check out Bartonella. It gives you all those skin type, pin point dots, mole like skin lesions, skin tags, stretch marks and on and on.
Babs will give you sweats and chills.
Well, It did for me, anyway.

There are a lot of photos in Dr. S' book on bartonella and pin head size red marks that look like tiny blood blisters is one of the many signs of bart. Other's to look, which you will probably have at least a few of, are pea size brown spots, loss of pigmentation (very white skin like a scar), crusty moles, skin tags, stretch marks, spider veins, broken veins, marks that appear like "stacked clams", swelling of the skin that does not dent (not true edema), red streaks. . . .

Florence, I think the dots are chlamydia pneumonia called cpn as with this treatments they are gone in some weeks. Mine did not go with bartonella and babesia treatment over 2 years. There is a simple test for cpn:
Take 600 mg of NAC.If you get flu like symptoms, you have it. Please only do the test after reading all about it on cpnhelp.org!!

I've got them and my doc said they are petechiae. Often from low platelets and/or a sign of infection.
Mine started on the inside of my ankles and as the months progressed, moved up the insides of my legs and I even get random red dots on my abdomen, arms, etc.
They start out red and slowly fade, just like a broken blood vessel.
Sorry I'm not much help!

Went to Dr. J's office in DC yesterday and they said the pinpoint red dots are from bart. I haven't been tested for bart, but they said no need to test, I have it. I also have the skin tag on the braline and some other skin tags.

well if you ever want that skintag on the braline removed, don't let them use that nitrogen stuff. it burns like hell for days.
oh sure it's gone but it still hurts once a while. next time i'm going to a dermatologist and have them done.
