Yes, you can definetely have flares, or the toxins are being killed so fast your body can handle to detox load
Try and do all the detox things. Drink lemon water, take warm epsom salt baths, some people do dry saunas (as long as you don't have a pic or port)
You will get better. You will get through this. Hang in there!!

How long have you been on these meds? It sounds like it could be a herx to me.
Lariam can really affect your emotions, so you may want to talk to your LLMD about possibly lowering the dose if it's too much to handle. I had to do that a few months ago.

I only take 250mg of lariam as it is. Maybe I could cut it in half?

I relapse every fall and am currently in one. I was feeling very well and have been going downhill for about a month. It isn't a herx. It is abx failure.
I hope yours is just a herx.
