So here's the start of my treatment plan. I need help in figuring out when to take these w/o one interfering w/ the other.
I am taking one Zithromax a day, Florastar and a probiotic.
I am also taking:
Prilosec
CoQ10 Ubiquinol
Chelated Magnesium
Krill Oil
MSM/Glucosamine
R-Lipoic Acid
Ester C
Biotin
Vit D3

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

I'd take the zith away from the probiotics and supps.

Sorry I don't have more specific ideas.

I would take these together:

Krill oil
CoQ10
D3

The CoQ10 and the D3 need fats to absorb properly, so I take them with fish oil.

You don't say how many times per day you are to take each one.

If you take prilosec on an empty stomach do that in the AM.

Breakfast take some of the supplements and probiotics.

Lunch take the zithromax.

Dinner more supplements.

Bed probiotics and florastor.

Your supplements don't interfere with each other so your schedule can be pretty flexible. Just remember to take antibiotics away from probiotics and minerals (like Mag).

Yes, make sure you take the supplements, probiotics, and florastor at least 2 hours away from the antibiotic (zithromax).

Just remember that anti-biotic means "against" and "life" (bio). So, antibiotics kill everything. They are against life.

They will kill florastor, supplements, probiotics, yogurt, everything in their path. If you take your pro-biotics ("for" "life") with the antibiotics, they will be killed immediately.

If you take them at least 2 hours after the zith, the zith will already have passed through the intestinal tract, and they will be able to live there and do their work until the next time you take zith.

So, always try to go to bed with probiotics and florastor. That gives them all night to live before you kill them again with the zith.

Some herbal supplements can interfere with probiotics. As much as possible, separate by at least 2 hours or more on either side and keep to these separate categories:

Probiotics

Antibiotics

Supplements
