Lately I have been feeling like my head is a balloon and that this pressure is really weighing down the back of my head and neck. I get dizzy and lightheaded, especially when walking around. My eyes are really strange too... vision is dimmed, blurry, and I get a weird "haze" pass over them. I have been diagnosed with Babesia and I have had two brain MRIs and one spinal MRI, all which came back fine.
However, I am so paranoid and despite the good results with the MRIs, I can't get over the idea that maybe my spinal fluid is "tainted" from the Babesia. I just feel like something strange is going on and I am afraid the tests are missing something!!
Has anybody with Babesia ever experience this immense head pressure, dizziness, and weird vision?
I have been on Doxy for a month, which did not help a bit. Now I'm on Tetracycline for 3 months as directed by my LLMD. He wants to eventually put me back on Mepron, which I'm a little scared because I got rashes all over from it after 2 weeks when my GP prescribed it. But who knows, maybe it was a Herx. My LLMD says he wishes he saw it so he could tell if it was allergic or a herx (but I was not seeing him at that time.. Bummer!!)
Can anyone relate or put my mind at ease!!

My son has had a headache since June. Still looking for something that relieves the pressure.
Trying glutathione next.
Things we are currently taking for inflamation: ibuprophin grape seed extract (this helps my arthritis, not my son's) tumeric (homemade in vegie caps) magnesium citrate
Note: my son has very little relief from pain. Pain killers are his only escape.
I have an entire file on inflamation research... tons of ideas, not organized at all. I scan it once in a while and play pin the tail on the supplement that we should try next. LOL - not really.

For inflammation how about taking evening primrose, black current and borage oils?
I've had head symptoms go away with those supplements

bart and babs also create the head pressure... and if your MRI was fine, then I would look into the coinfections...
