LLMD wants me to start Lumrokinase and recommended Allergy Research Group using his wholesale rate.

Without sounding like a nut- the first thing I noticed the label states " a product of China". Maybe it's referring to the worms being from China.

Not too fond of anything from China. We know what they put in the babies milk and pet food.

Can anyone reccommend a brand that you have experience with?

Boluoke lumbrokinase is made in Canada. I have been taking this for several months.

This one has also been well researched, as far as I can see.

My LLMD has me using the Allergy Research Group brand and he's pretty fussy about his supplements.

I wish I could find the article I read about a year ago about Lumbrokinasie. It mentioned these two brands by name and said they were the best two brands.

Just a head's up: The brand name Nutricology is the same product as Allergy Research Group, which is sold through the doctor's office. Nutricology is less expensive and found on the internet.

Me, I take one capsule (40mg) one hour before taking my antibiotic (currently Minocycline)twice a day. It is an enzyme that, if taken on an empty stomach, goes systemic, and is the exact enzyme that digests some crucial part of the infection. I forget exactly what component, but if I had to guess, I'd say the stuff that the spiroketes hide behind.

You mean the bartonella biofilm? I have read you take it for biofilm along with cysteine. But I am not really sure how it helps with this or even what biofilm is - "saran wrap" just doesn't make it clear to me.

An enzyme helps with digestion, right? So what does it mean to "go systemic"? Is that like chlorella - if you take it with food it is utilized as nutrition but if you take it alone, it binds with toxins? Does lumbro bind with the biofilm or digest it? So complicated.

I took it for a long time but gave it up when I ran out last time.

my understanding is that biofilms are made of fibrin in the blood, metals, minerals. Lumbro does two things... 1)helps dissolve fibrin which contributes to biofilm, and 2) thins the blood so it is not too coagulated (some ppl w lyme and chronic infections have hypercoagulation going on)n). This way the antibiotics can get everywhere they're supposed to, and the bacteria don't have as many hiding places.

May be more to it than that, but that's all I know. Also, if you take it on an empty stomach, there's less of a chance of your digestive juices breaking it down in the stomach (digestive juices are activated in the presence of food) and more of a chance it can get into your blood stream and work to thin the blood and break down fibrin.

Boluoke is good stuff, but expensive, and took a long time before I didn't herx from it.

Yes, it works on the fibrin. Great for hypercoagulation, which most Lyme patients have.

My dr. told me to take one capsule of the Lumbrokinase twice a day while on abx.

So my new protocol next week will be my regular supplements/probiotics/vitamins along with Banderol, Samento and Lumbrokinase daily and a low dose of Clindamycin every other day.

Dr. K. is replacing Lumbro with Plasmanex1. Sorry didn't have time to ask why. But learned to take his word for it.

Take care.

Boluoke from Canada is really expensive but effective I feel. Is the ARG or Nutricology really as good?

My daughter takes it for the biofilm on her blood and I take it for hypercoagulation.

Our LLND recommended Boulouke, but I get a great price on ARG Lumbro (thru a friend) that I asked her to "test" it (ART) and she said it was fine to take instead.

I can't really tell if it is doing much, but that's been true of most things. So if it "tests" we take it.
