Just passing along this information to help folks who are having muscle/joint problems and those who are cold and getting little exercise. Also good for those who are exercising who need to stretch before and after.
This Stretching DVD has 3 ten-minute segments (you can do one, two or all three) and it also has an additional 1/2 hour segment.
It is designed for all levels. You can do the gentle stretches from a chair, the floor or bed, or while standing.
A pleasant lady is giving easy instructions, there is no obnoxious music and it has nice background scenery.
Plus, it is less than $10.00.
I bought it, I liked it and thought it might help those who are stuck indoors or miserable during this cold weather, who don't get enough exercise, or those with regular muscle and joint problems.
Although it is for beginners, remember to start slowly.
