Hate to keep coming here and asking questions but I have honestly tried and I can not take antibiotics.

The reactions, not herx, then the problems with esoph.

I am trying to find a doctor and think I have found one not sure how it will go but will be awhile before I can see him.

Just wondering if I am the only one in the world that can not take antibiotics.

Lord help us all.

I have issues too. Have they checked for genetic pathway defects? That is extremely important... Genelex in WA state does a great test....and a KPU test is most important..What kind of treatment are you doing? Herbs,Byron White? Rifing?

Before any of it you must detox with systems like ours...Pekana Drainage is great for that as well as apple pectin and binders.

you are not - start with extreme low dose over the first months and with an easy abx like doxy

hydroxycobalamin shots helped me a lot.

The support methods that have been posted for you are what many use to be able to tolerate treatment. Treatment is very hard for most. Without the support methods, may would simply not be able to do it.

Have you been able to read the information on RIFE ? That might be a good option for you.

I had the same issues and was close to giving up til I went on IV abx and it was a total different story.

That with detox support I easily was able to be treated with high doses of abx for long periods of time daily and I made the most progress ever.

Do not give up because of this.

FOr some of us ORals are Totally different than IV and I still am not sure exactly why!!

Thank goodness I tried

I can only do very few, and luckily found one that works for me.

A lot of folks who can't do abx do the Buhner herbs - you could check out the book "Healing Lyme," by Steven Buhner. The yahoo group is called Lyme_Aid_Buhner.

There are many other treatment possibilities to explore as well.

I could not do abx. Tried off and on for five years but just couldn't handle them. Look for the Hansa Center thread I posted around Jan 2010 for the protocol I went on. Got me about 75% better and still working my way up.

Any questions feel free to pm me.

My son got worse on abx. Not like a herx and then better either... just a steady worsening. WBC kept going down. Liver function going up. Went from orals to IV... things got worse quicker.

I believe it has to do with the steroids his primary care put him on before we found our LLMD.

We are treating HPU, heavy metals, parasites, mold. We have been treating with supplements for nearly a month. He seems to be getting somewhat better. At least some of his symptoms are not happening right now.

Saw his LLMD today, we are going to try Alinia. I don't think that is considered an antibiotic. More of a anti-protozoa. Not sure.

As with anything we add, we will start slow and see how he does.

It's all trial and error. Find a good doctor you can trust.
They will help you find what works for you.

You must also help yourself. Start somewhere.

Never quit.

Keep a journal. This is important to chart progress. When you feel like crap... you can look back and remember when you felt crappier.

Some days that is enough to know... it could be worse and it has been.

It will get better... and it does.

There are lots of natural protocols. Choose one.

--------------------
May health be with you!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.
