Go to the Roadbackfoundation.org and read the ABX treatment for RA. Almost the same for Lyme and many there have lyme too.

Hello...I have both the frozen shoulder and the ankle/foot pain symptoms, and I have Lyme disease. Sounds like you should strongly consider visiting a LLMD. Lyme testing can be very tricky with many people getting false negative tests. It is important that a good lab for Lyme is used. For example Igenex. There is a section in the flash discussions on finding a LLMD.
