Good question... I don't think it's from lyme, for some weird reason, mine seems related to my stomach, as soon as I get stomach cramps, I feel the nerve inflammation and bone pain... How long have you been treating?

Bone pain can also be a sign of vitamin D deficiency which many lyme patients, especially those on long-term abx, battle....
