So from what I've read, Lyme and its toxins love fatty tissue and they tend to go ALOT to the brain
I know theres ways to help get toxins out of your bloodstream and liver and organs ETC...
but how can you get the toxins out of your brain and brain tissues??!?!?! anyone know? im assuming this helps ALOT with recovery!

You know, what's interesting is that I'm finally remembering dreams again, which is kinda cool - I think dreams are important messengers to us often -
and this has happened since detoxing on a FIR biomat for 6 months - that's the only new protocol I've done - see my thread "Major MCS shift for the better" -
so I'm going to go with the theory that FIR detoxing could help detox the brain too - what do y'all think?

I purchased a biomat back in 2000. It was one of the best things I bought. I practically spent all day on it.

Antioxidants are the way to go. Things like high dose vitamin C and pycnogenol (pine bark extract) Also CoQ10 and resveratrol.
ALA max by xymogen works for hubby to help his body produce glutathione. He used IV glutathione 5 or 6 times per week for 2 or 3 years and the ALA max actually seems to work better for him.
And yes, lumbrokinase and/or systemic enzymes such as wobenzyme are also very important so the nutrients can get to where they need to be.
