Hi,

I temp. don't have a LLMD. Waiting to get him back. So........... self medicating. :-( My LLMD thought Bart was my last and big problem.

I couldn't handle Rafampin. So I have been taking Cipro 250mg 2x day every other day and on the day off I take, Flagyel 250mg 3xday and abart-10 drops 2xday. (I have been on flaygel before and I feel better on it)

My question is this workable. Or should I do 4 days one protical and 3 days another protocol? I tried the Cipro, abart and Flagyel together, same day and felt really bad the next day.

I had a few good days last week on the every other day protocol. So........... I went back to that. I have to function, I have a disabled hubby to take care of.

Any suggestions are apreciated.

thanks
lr26

I just tried cipro to hit the last remaining Bart. Even after just two doses I felt deathly toxic, and my elbow tendons were killing me. Was seriously worried I had tendonitis. Took two weeks of post magnesium to recover (yes I preloaded too). In short, screw that class of drug, never again.

Currently on a-Bart 10x2, knotweed pills x6 daily, and lifting heavy weights. Great combo thats keeping it at bay.

My experience with a-Bart is also that it works best continuously, not so much pulsed.
