Hi LLMD just changed my protocol adding in Serapeptase. What do you know about it? Do you herx? What kind of symptoms did it help.

Do you mean Serrapeptase? I tried taking that to dissolve old scar tissue, herxed like crazy! I had a long term Lyme infection (last two years PCR tests were negative), system yeast infection (comes and goes), heavy metal problems, and just discovered I once had a West Nile infection too - so figuring out what exactly I was herxing from is nearly impossible to figure out. But on pill was enough to knock me off my feet, obviously still have something going on - if I had to guess, I'd say it was killing yeast.

Serrapeptase breaks up biofilms and thins the blood so antibiotics and herbs are more effective.

Definitely a beneficial enzyme!

I have been taking it for about 5 months. You can get a good quality brand from www.vrp.com. They often have buy one and get one free (need to sign up for emails to get a code) so I got 6 bottles and take 6 daily to help dissolve biofilm while on ABX.

I cannot say it has caused a herx or not.
