I posted the following a while ago and I feel that vegetable juice is very beneficial and the gut is a very important component of the disease. Probiotics are important, but not enough. Salt/C is beneficial but not a cure. A cup of vegetable juice made from a variety of fresh vegetables a day would be very beneficial.
I have been away for a while, but just wanted to come back to share my experience with the Salt/C, which is keeping me functioning for working full time. It gives me energy during the day and good sleep during the night. However, it seems not curative. I take twice a day, each time with 10g of sea salts and two small spoons of V-C(the spoon is provided with the product).

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the info on the value of the vegetable juice. I find that adding antiparasitic herbs such as Parastroy or Humaworm along with the salt/c, extra cloves and digestive plant enzymes gives it that extra punch to get these parasites moving out.
Parasites seem to be a big factor in this disease. Have you tried any of these herbs? Glad to hear that you are able to function with this disease and work full time. That's encouraging.

A naturopath who is a non-practicing MD and had lyme herself, told me not to juice. I've ignored her though.
She said it would make me herx. I believe that vegetable juice helps detox so I still juice.
